What to do in and around London
Here is the site where you can find out about your favourite theme park, be it Thorpe park, Chessington or Alton Towers.
Discover all the gossip and facts and key information. And don’t forget if you have information that we could use then please get in contact with us and we can add it to the website.
Although not much happens at the theme parks, we are currently adding a new feature to the site.
A new feature has been uploaded onto the site. Here you will find info about what rides were installed in that year and their prices.
We are now working on the Gallery which will be completed by the thirtieth of this month. Chessington Guide is online again and will be soon updated. New photos have been added to the closed season section.
The forum has had some background work done which meant having to close the forum down to some members but we are happy to announce that new members can now once again make use of the site.
If your visiting London for a medical procedure, make your trip into a holiday. Use a trusted cosmetic practitioner that specialises in helping anxious patients and enjoy London whilst you're visiting.
Have fun in Kent!
Famed for being the Garden of England, the county Kent is a popular rural retreat for Londoners. For many people, wind farms are an aesthetic advantage as well as an environmental triumph. The Kentish Flats wind farm comprises thirty effective wind turbines which are capable of producing up to 3MW of electricity each. This means that the total output of the wind farm could rise to 90 MW.
The Kentish Flats wind farm has set a double record: the 30 turbine project hosts the largest wind turbine so far set up in the UK, and the project was the biggest wind farm in the United Kingdom, at 90 MW rated capacity, at the time of installation.
